A detailed dive into Xcel's Just Transition Solicitation
This blog will be all the details as I dive in to Xcel’s JTS proposal.
Important note: Most of the analysis provided in this blog will be from various A.I.s I use. Why? First, because the A.I.s are more knowledgeable than me. Arguably they’re more knowledgeable than most experts because they know more on the subject than most people can keep in their mind.
Second, because the volume of documentation will drown any individual trying to wade through it all. No matter how careful, no matter how many notes, when you finish reading testimony #23, you’ve likely forgotten most of testimony #1 - #15. Yes you have notes, but tying everything together across all that - virtually impossible.
So any long detailed summation - it’s A.I. unless I state differently. I’ll usually put a My Comments at the end of the A.I. posts. And any short post - that’s me.
